Racing Set, Steering, Shifter If you continue to payment, you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions: DAMAGE/INJURY POLICY: 8th Day Gaming Truck nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the gaming trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. *8th Day Gaming Truck nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. *Additionally, we reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Privacy Policy: *We are committed to protecting your privacy. *We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with 8th Day Gaming Truck as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. *We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Photo Release Authorization: I grant 8th Day Gaming Truck permission to use the photographs as advertisement, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. CANCELLATION POLICY Payment Policy: *We accept cash at the time of the event. *Deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of reservation. *Deposit is applied to your balance on the day of your event, before starting, remaining balance must be paid in cash, debt or credit card. Cancelation Policy: 8th Day Gaming Truck provides and awesome environment, rain or shine. Nonetheless we understand that emergencies can happen. *Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive 100 % refund. *Cancellation made within a week or less of your event, will only be allowed to reschedule.
